In the context of the ongoing war in Ukraine, trauma is omnipresent, and people experience different forms of it. The trauma experienced by survivors of torture and high-impact combat situations poses unique challenges for mental health practitioners, families and social networks. It is something most people had not been in contact with previously. This webinar will explore how somatic practices can support professionals, families and friends so they can accompany affected people on their healing journeys, and create an environment that promotes health without losing themselves.
