Who We Are & What We Do

SE Support for Ukraine is the part of the SE Committee for Humanitarian Response. This joint project of Somatic Experincing® International and the European Association Somatic Experiencing®  serves as a platform to connect people within the global SE community who are engaged in humanitarian action, both prevention and response, and to foster the exchange of best practices, SE-based resources, and mutual support.

SE Committee for Humanitarian Response was created by the transformation of the Somatic Experiencing Ukraine Task Force, which was a one-year project created on the basis of a full scale war invasion of Ukraine in 2022. As we are aware of the demands of the ongoing war, we want to continue supporting Ukrainian therapists, social workers, volunteers, helpers and others by hosting webinars based on SE principles translated into Ukrainian.
